Vcnizclos is reported to have issued a proclamation calling upon the Greeks to" resist the Bulgar invasion, certain sections of tho Greek Army havo obtained freedom of action in Seres and Macedonia, while . certain specified classes-of Greek reserves are understood to have been called , up. .
