DEATH OF A RETURNED SOLDIER

Charles Sheard, a returned soldier,who had been an inmate of the Avondale Mental Hospital since April 28, escaped from that institution on Saturday. His dead body was found drowned in a small creek on the Hospital property at 10.30 this morning. Ee was aged 35. -An inquest will'be held to-morrow.
