Cargo can bo salved at low tide, but at high tide occasionally a heavy swell prevents operations for a few hours. Tho wind has been from the north quarter since the wreok, and has prevented the vessel breaking up. A 1 fair amount of cargo has been removed. Another big crack has appeared in the vessel. Salvage of the hull is hopeless. Captain Plunkett, Lloyd's surveyor, inspected tho wreck to-day.
