Deceased, who was-"a son. of the late Mr. Walter Inde'r, of Naseby, entered the legal firm of Sievwright and James, Dunedin, subsequently practised at Naseby, and then at Auckland, whence, lie .'came to Gore, where ho practised for 19 years. Simpson' left Wellington 'on Saturday for 'Melbourne, where they will' represent the Federated Seamen's lUnion of New Zealand at the Australian Seamen's Conference. Mr. Plowright, a Sydney basso vocalist, ;is at. present a visitor to Wellington.
