LODGE MEETING
The quarterly meeting of tho Pride of Brooklyn Lodge, .N"o. v SB, U.A.0.D., was held on Thursday evening, A.l). Bro. Cronk presiding. A ballot was taken for the election of' D.P. Bro. Abel and P.A. Bro. liubenstcin (Pacific) as houorary members of the lodge, which resulted, in their being duly elected, amid applause. It was with rogret that the resignation of Bro. o'Hanlon, the sick visitor,, had to he accepted, as he lias taken up military duties. A very hearty welcome was accorded tho following visitors:—D.P. Bro. Abel, Xo. 2 District; P.A. Bro. Rubinstein, P.A. Bro. B. Abel (Pacific), and V.A. Bro. Parker (Excelsior). It was proposed to invite Coronation Lodge to pay an official'visit next lodge night, and challenge them to a i'riondly game of "500," quoits, etc.
