Company states that tie factory: was, opened on August 16, 1915, and closed on Jmo 11, 1916, during which time 6,205,921b. of milk wero received. The yield of butter-fat ■was 232.593.341b., from which 616,1821b., or. .275 tons, of cheese were made. Each pound or butter-fat-yielded '2:6slb.'.of'ohoeso. and each pound of ' cheese required 10.171b. of milk. The tests ranged from 3.1 .to 6.4, the average being 3.71. After setting aside the 6um of £68 14s. 4d. as a dividend at 6 per cent, on the 6ubscrib'ed capital, and writing off £177 12s. 2d. for the depreciation of plant and buildings, there remains a balance of £3627 3s.
