September (Second Divi- , t sion). THE DESERVE consists of mon not loss than 20 and under 4(5 years of age. TBE RESERVE REGISTER is based on. the National Register. Men NOT ALREADY REGISTERED must supply enrolmont cards not later than 16th September. Mon already registered need not supply an enrolment card, but must, not lator than 16th September, NOTIFY PRESENT ADDRESS if place of abode 'lias changed since registration. Men REACHING MILITARY AGE, or ARRIVING IN DOMINION aftor lsth September, must supply enrolment cards within fourteen days thereafter. , CHANGES OF ABODE AFTER ENROLMENT must bo notified within fourteen days. , THE ACT makes the reservist's obligation to do any of tho abovo things A PERSONAL ONE, and he is not relieved by information previously given to recruiting officer or committee. . MEN NOT ENROLLED may bo sorit straight to camp. MEN who fail to notify' change of address may become liable on a charge of desertion.' EMPLOYERS OF RESERVISTS not enrolled, or of desertors, are liable to heavy fines or imprisonment.
