-"':." : ♦ ~~~ r . Members of 'the Miramar-Scatoun Unit gathered in forco at the Miramar Town Hall -on Saturday evening, tho occasion being a farewell 6moko concert tendered to Sergeant A. E. M. 'Rowland. Major F. Townsend presided, and.on behalf of "tho unit presented the guest of the evening with a case of pipes, which Scrgt. Rowland acknowledged in" feeling terms.. Music, song, and story, interspersed with toastS) made the evening pass pleasantly, and the arrangements, which were in the hands of Lieut. Norton-Taylor, were excellently carried out.
