WESTRALIA TO TAKE XAPIEII CARGO. . The Westralia arrived at Auckland at 10.30 a.m. yesterday morning, and beforo proceeding to Wellington she is to pick up the cargo which the Victoria had to overcarry from Napier on accouut of it being too rough for her to discharge. The Westralia will arrive at Napier on Thursday, and is expected here on Friday, WAIWEBA DUE THURSDAY. The Waiwera, from Gape Towu, via northern ports, with part of the cargo of the wrecked Rangaiira, arrived in Gisborne on Saturday, and is expected here ou Thursday.

The Jlimitangi, which is due here today from W-anganui, is expected to sail early fo trlie Chatham 1 Island, via Lyttelton. , On account of a mishap in the engines of the Tainui, she did not sail last evening, as was expected, but will probably get away to-day. The John will leave Wonganni for Lyttelton to-day,.and is expected to be hero by about Friday next. The Arawa is expected to arrive at Hobart from Cape Town to-morrow, and in Auckland on September 2. - She will probably be here about September 8. The list of passengers has already been published. Tiie Corinthio arrived' in Timarn on Saturday. When she lias discharged there she will proceed to Dunedin and Picton, and is expected here on September 1. The Hinemoa landed stores at Castlepoint on Saturday, but only . with the greatest difficulty, owing to tho heavy seas. She was to land stores At Portland Island yesterday and proceed to the East Cape. lir. Fraser, the lighthouse expert, will go to K-arori Rock by launch- from Island Bay to replenish tho gas supply as soon as the sea-is'calm enough to enable liitn to do so. •

The Blackball Coal Company advises that their 6teamer Ngatoro is being overhauled and will go on the slip on Wednesday. She will sail for. Greymouth on Saturday.. The Roscommon left Sydney for Bluff on Saturday morning, and-is due at Bluff on Thursday. The Paloona left Bluff at 1 p.m. yesterday, and is due here, via- southern ports, on Friday. Mr. Richardson, purser on the Mapourika v has signed olf on account of sickness in hie family at Auckland. Mr. J. The Commonwealth and Dominion Lino advise that the Port -Nicholson is expectert in Auckland to-day from New York, via Panama, and -will be duo in Wellington on Saturday.
