An arrangement was concluded regarding payments abroad, and the maintenance of exchange between England and Franco. M. Briand (French Premier) and M Uibot (French Finance' Minister) conferred with Mr. Asquith (Prime Minister). Mr. R. M'Kenna (Chancellor of tho Exchequer), Mr. K. S. Montagu (Miuister of Munitions), Mr. M'Kmuon Wood, Lord Reading (Chief Justice), And Lord Cunliffe (C4ovcrnor of tha Hank of England).
