ROUTE MARCH TO-DAY. Tho Seventeenth Infantry Reinforcements will route march over a distance of 10 miles in the Upper Hutt and Mangaroa districts to -day. Tho troops' havo been keen to undertake a march approaching in strenuousness the march over tho Hill. The exigencies of their training,' however, will not allow of such a march. They will go.out for two days and nights next week for field manoeuvres and night operations, after which training in trench warfaro and advanced musketry work will occupy their time.
