In the divorce ease Herbert IVrcival Weston, who sought a dissolution of his marriage with Eliza Weston, on the ground of alleged misconduct, Frederick Uiootnbridge boiiy joined «.< co-respondent, from whom JL'oUO damages wns claimed, and which occupied tile Supreme Court and a common jury for the past tiro days, the jury returned a verdict in favour of fho petitioner, with £-50 damages against tbo co-respondent. A decree nisi was granted, to be made absolute in Hires months.
