AMENDMENT TO REGISTRATION BILL. Australian-New Zealand Oahlo Association. (Rec. August 23, 9.15 p.m.) London, August 22. Tho House of Lords has amended tho Parliamentary Registration Bill, providing that in the event of a dissolution before tho now register is prepared, the Parliament so elected will not exist for more than two years.
