EXILES OF SIBERIA
AN IMPERIAL AMNESTY EXPECTED. Australian-New Zealand Cahle Aseoclatlon. (Rec. August 23, 9.-15 p.m.) London, August 23. M. Khovosioll', the now Russian Minister for the Interior, has released 120 exiles from Siberia, and elsewhere. It is bolievod that the Tsar will shortly issue- an extensive decreo of amnesty.
