Latest reports from Dannevirke stato that Bon Ecvo is likely to run in, tho 'big' handicap to-day, and not in tho Hack-Hurdles. Tho Gisborne horses which raced'' at lUccartou passed through Wellington yesterday. Goldenlyte is to race at Dannevirke, but the others have gone home. Fagot appeared to. bo quite , knocked out with tho racing ho hadj and will require a lengthy spell. .. J. Gravestock. with Bransfield, Amber and White, and Manaia Park,. returned home to Opaki.last evening. The firstnamed horse was unlucky at B-iccarton, as he fell over another horso on tlie-first day, and on Saturday his rider was bumped oivt of the saddle, though tho ' borse did not fall. Amber and White failed badly, and seeme. to stay no better over hurdles than she did on tlfo flat. The Hawke's Bay trainer, A. J.
