LATEST APPOINTMENTS A BOXING TOURNEY Tho following is from Featherston ] orders:—"The Wairarapa Boxing As- j sociation is holding a boxing tourna- I ment for troops at Masterton on Friday evening next. Entries close with Chaplain Segrief, Catholic Institute, on Thursday evening, where all will weigh in. No post entries. A room at the rear of the Catholic Institute is available for training." The following temporary appointments have been approved by the Camp Commandant at Featherston:— Corp'l. H. A. Finch, 17th, N.Z.F.A., to be sergeant; Bomb. L. Wilkinson, 17th, N.Z.F.A., to be corporal; GnrJ. T. Garrett, 17th, N.Z.F.A., to be bombardier; Dvr. G. Walpole, 17th, N.Z.F.A., to be bombardier; Gnr. J. A. Wishart, 17th, N.Z.F.A.; to be fitter; Gnr. AV. G. Hasson, 17th, NfZ.F.A., to bo fitter; Corpl. L. L. Marshall, 20th, N.Z.F.A., to be order-ly-room clerk; Gnr. A. P. H. Pierce, 20th, N.Z.F.A., to bo quartermastersergeani; Sergt. J. Nolan, Headquarters Staff, to be quartermaster-ser-geant; Corpl. J. H. Nicholson, C.M. Police, to bo sergeant; Lce.-Corpl. R. G.
