EXCITEMENT CALMED BY EXPLANATIONS. •; Australian-Keif Zealand Cabls Association. Copenhagen, August 20. The excitement in Sweden over the British prohibition of exports has. been calmed in consequence of the Swedish ; Foreign Office pointing l out that the restrictions are not 'as seveto as at i first supposed. The criticisms in British newspapers are regarded as indicating nervousness in England. ■
