Dissatisfaction among members of the Auckland branch of tho Seamen's Union in regard to certain matters has been dealt with at tho conference of tho New Zealand Federated Seamen's Union Ifcecutive, now sitting in Auckland, particularly with tho resolution against tbo Military Service Bill, and tho suspicion that the conference is ■contemplating a proposal for affiliation of tlie Seamen's Union with the Parliamentary Labour Party.
