Amsterdam, August 16. Two German commercial submarines havo undergone trials at Heligoland. Thoy will shortly depart for the United States. /

London, August 16. Herr Hohmann, director of the new German submarine line, states that he is constructing seven liners. Each takes six months to build. It was difficult to obtain rubber and metals from America and store them secretly, but ho had secured enough for sis voyages.
