Time, 37-2-ssec. in the sccond heat, H.. Anderson, won, F. Mumford being second, Time, 25 l-ssec. The vfinal, was .a very close one, the winner being in doubt up to the last, H. Anderson just winning from F. Mumford, in 27 lrssec. ' Next Saturday evening a diving and 33 1-3 yards back-stroke competition for boys will be held. The entrance money is 6d. per race. The races commence ;at 8 p.m., the entries: being taken at the beginning, of each race.
