POSITION OF MONGOLIA
A PROTEST BY RUSSIA.
Australian-New Zealand Cablo Association. (Rec. August 13, 5.5 p.m.) Peking, August 11. . The Russian Legation has protested against. Mongolian members taking 6eats in Parliament, it being a breach of the 1913 treaty, whereby Mongolia becomes autonomous. . China has not yet replied.
