SIR CHARLES MONRO REPLACES SIR BEAUCHAMP DUFF. (United Service.) (Rec. August 11, 1.30 p.m.) London, August 11. General Sir Bcauehamp Duff, COlll- - in India, is returning to England. Sir Charles Monro (v.'lio recently commanded in the Eastern Mediterranean, and directed the evacuation of Gallipoli), will succeed him.
