Hughes said that tho British Government had agreed to take for ten years after the war 100,000 tons of Australian concentrates, and to advance £'500,0(10 to establish electrolytic and spelter works. Arrangements had been inade whereby Great Britain, France, and Belgium would absorb all the concentrates produced liere.
