Mr. Arthur Henderson's Committee on Munitions Holidays reports that no . goneral scheme for relays of holidays is practicable, owing to the urgent need of keeping up supplies, but where possible four days' rest will be given at the end of Soptember, which will also enable the machinery to be overhauled. INCREASE FOR STEEL WORKERS. London, August 9. The Government Committee has awarded the Scottish steel workers a penny an hour increase since May 18.
