CHORAL UNION

At a general mooting of tho Wellington Choral Union on Tuesday evening a motion, was brought forward h.v Mr. Hawkeshead to further the social sido of the union. In speaking to tho motion; Mr. J. R. Burley stated that although'he had been a member for about six years he only know about ten members personally. This shouldl to corrected, and ho certainly supported tho furthering of social gatherings. Tho following were elected' a social committee, with tho object of bringing tho members closer together and to increase the membership. Mr. A. H.
