At the Indianapolis Conference of the Progressive Party, it was decided not to noininato a Presidential candidate, but to' endeavour to obtain the balance of power at tho Electoral College. This will force Dr. Wilson or Judge Hughes to give a pledge which will satisfy tho Progressive Party.
