(Router's Telegram.) Vancouver, August 3." The Japanese steamer Hawai Maru, wßen ready to leave "Yokohama for Vancouver, was quarantined. She had fifteen cases of cholera aboard, and fourwero fatal. The epidemic is supposed to have originated at Manila.
