CASE OF RETURNED SOLDIERS. 'l'lie Minister of Internal Affairs (the Hon. G. W. Russell) stated last night that passports were being granted in all eases to returned soldiers without further inquiry. It has also been decided that thu feu of 10s„ ordinarily charged for a passport, is not to be levied upon returned soldiers. They will got their passports free.
