George's lecture, in which it is inferred that Australian soldiers nlono wcro responsible, for the riot. The officer states thai: there were just as lunny British and !N'ew Zealand soldiers concerned in the riot as there wore Australians, and that it is distinctly unfair to Australia to have the whole of tho blame placed on her men.
