Owing to the' j great height and mists the number of. ' Ships is not certain, but at least six were ! counted, and thero was probably a seventh, which did not drop bombs. The number of .bombs said to have been dropped, is greatly exaggerated, because they fell in thinly-inhabitod districts and were heard at great distances. Sixty bombs were found. ! Our aircraft and anti-aircraft guns engaged a raider, which -was secn : to drop to a low altitude, and disappeared in the mist. • ■ The Press Bureau reports that tho air raid caused no casualties. The ' nnti-aircraft batteries, industrial, military, and naval works were shelled. The - , Zeppelins' wero not damaged." 'J'ho Press Bureau points out that cither the airships had .no idea of their course- or the übovo report was dcliber- . ately falsified.
