TinHE attention of the general public, ■H- and of Motorists in particular, is drawn to the provisions of "The Lights on Vehicles Aot, 1915," which provides, inter alia, that lights on vehicles shall not be of such dazzling brilliancy that they will affect the vision of drivers of vehicles approaching from the opposite direction.
