TinHE attention of the general public, ■H- and of Motorists in particular, is drawn to the provisions of "The Lights on Vehicles Aot, 1915," which provides, inter alia, that lights on vehicles shall not be of such dazzling brilliancy that they will affect the vision of drivers of vehicles approaching from the opposite direction. Any persons offending against the provisions of the Act are liable to be fined. The Police have notified the Council that tho provisions of the Act will bo strictly enforced in future. JNO. R.
