GERMANS RETREATING ANOTHER HAUL OF PRISONERS Tho High Commissioner reports:— London, July 31, 3.55 p.m. To-day's Russian official report slates: "On tho Stochod, the Russians are fighting their way forward on tho river bend. As the' result of our attack tho whole of the Slet Hunyad Regiment, including tho commander and his staff, were taken prisoner. "At other places near the Stochod 035 prisoners and four machine-guns were taken.
