The inquest on Kenneth Livingstone, n. shepherd, who was fatally shot on Kolleston's sheep farm, was opened today, and was adjourned for fourteen days. , " The Earotongnn, Kaimnku, ivho is nlloged to have shot Livingstone, was charged in Court with breaking, entering, and theft, and was remanded for oight days. Ho was committed io Auckland gaol.
