GODDAItD.—On the 2oth of TuJy,. at itasterton, Kate Morgan, dearly Moved wife of Harry William Goddard, and daughter of the late Mrs. Meech, aged 47 years. GAUDNER. —On the 9th of July, at the frontier, near Handera, Corpl. James Gardner (died of "wounds), the dearly loved eldest 6on of James and Elizalrath Gardner, and grandson of late Edward Boulton, of Pahautanni, aged 28 years. • ■One who never turned his back,' but marched-breast forward; Never doubted clouds' would. break, Never dreamed, thouch right were worst.
