BIG AMOUNT EXPENDED LAST. YEAR. - In protesting against the large amouiit of money expended on new works out of revenue during the last financial year at Thursday's meeting of the City Council,' Councillor L: M'lvenzie quoted the list of works and the money they cost, whioh will ba read with a good deal of interest by ratepayers.
