Daniel Cassidy, who had pleaded guilty in tho lower Court to charges of attempted rape and indecent assault, came up for sentence to-day in the Supreme l/ourt. Ilf iva? ordered to be detained for reformative treatment for a term not exceeding three years on the first chargc, and imprisoned until the rising of the Court on the second.
