The following committees were elected ;it the annual meeting of tlie Hnft Bowling and Tennis Club:—General committee, Messrs. Allport, Barlow, Macaskitl, Shearer. Trcadwell, Trevethick, Palmer, aiul Simpson; tennis committee, Messrs. Brown, Lees, and Melody; Saturday mutch committee, Messrs." Barlow, Hodgins, and Palmer; Wednesday match committee, Messrs. Eddie, Simpson, and Trevethick. During tho evening. Mr. C. 11. Treadwell presented Mr. ,j. Davidson with the Wilford Cup, and a special vote of thanks wns accorded Mr. Hendry, who retires from the committee after 10 years' service. In replying, Mr..
