CLEARED BY THE CUSTOMS. (Bcc. July 27, 11.15 p.m.) New York, July 27. The' Gorman trans-Atlantic submarine Deutschland has been cleared by the Customs, but the. exact time of dopnrturo lias not been disclosed. The British steamer Highbury is anchored just outside the slip where the Deutschland is lying, blocking the channel.
