Tho British steamers Kuufcsford (3842 tons) and Llongwen (1683 tons) have been 6unk. ■Lloyd's reports that seventeen of the crew of tho Llongwen, which was torpedoed near Algiers, havo arrived at Naples. Router's correspondent at Tho Hague says, in reference to tho British seizure of fishing vessels, suspected of selling fish to 'Germany, that the fishermen's unions havo telegraphed to the British Minister protesting against this abuse of power, gross violation of rights, and unjust measures, which will throw: idle ten thousand dependent fisheries.
