In tho House of Lords, replying to Lord Teiiiplctown as to why no representatives of tho Dominions v were included in the committee appointed to con. sider tho conclusions ot the Paris Economic Conference, the Marquis of Crewß * said that tho present committee was purely of a preliminary nature.. An opportunity will bo given for the representation of tho self-governing colonies on all questions affecting the Empjre.
