During the course of his lecture at Dunedin on Monday evening (says the "Otago Daily Times") Mr. H. George announced that Mr. Frank O. Shacklock had offered his services to go with his motor-car a 9 a commissioner for the association with the troops on active sorvice. Another Dunedin business man had. also offered to go if required, and thero seemed every likelihood that it would be necessary to accept tho offer.
