EIGHTY MILLIONS A YEAR. (Reuter's Telegram.) ' K (Rec. July '21, 11.25 p.m.) London, July 21. Mi*. M'Kenna (Chancellov of the Exchequer) has informed a, deputation representing the municipalities that a grant of .£6,000,000 had been placed at the disposal of a Statutory Committee as after-war pensions, in addition to the millions which had already been granted. Tho Government was now spending eighty million* annually in separation allowances and pensions.
