large Dumber sighted. (Renter's Telegram.) (Rec. July 21, 9.25 p.m.) Copenhagen, July 21. Steamers report having sighted a largo number of German submarines in the North Sea, apparently of a bigger and newer type, and also a number of Zeppelins.
