ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
1 KNOCKED DOWN BY A TRAIN. Henry Rider, a railway employee, was knocked down by. a train last evening, and was admitted to the Hospital suffering from injuries to tho head and hip. The hospital authorities reported last evening that tho man was unconscious, and his condition is considered serious.
ACCIDENT ON THE WATEKI-'RONT. E. Gunter, a 6inglo man, 33 years of age, residing at 27 Boulcott olreet, vas admitted to the Hospital yesterday sufi'cring from injuries sustained thmugh 'falling between tho wharf and a steamer.
DEATH FROM A GUNSHOT WOUND. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, July 20. William M'Kee, a young man, was found dead at llakarora on Tuesday. Death was duo to a gunshot wound.
