' - Tho Committee includes Lord Balfour ot Burleigh (chairman), Mr. Arthur J. Balfour (First Lord of the Admiralty), Mr. M.' Gosling (?), Mr. A. Af. S. Hewins, M.P. (Secretary of the Tariff Commission), Sir Alfred Mond, M. P., Sir p. .K. Smith, M.P., and Mr. G. J. Wnrdle, M.P:, together with Lord . committee. ' •
