ALLIES IN FULL AGREEMENT Australian-New Zealand Cable Association, (Rec. July l(i, 5.5 p.m.) London, July 15. A conference between Mr. It. M'Konna, Chancellor of tho Exchequer, and tho Finance Ministers of France, Russia, and Italy reached an agreement co-ordinat-ing tho further joint arrangements for supplies and finance. Separate financial Agreements were also concluded betwoon Britain, France, and Italy.
