In tho Tofana region, on Tuesday, wo exploded a powerful mine, blowing up positions on the Castelletto summit, eastward of the peak of Coldebois. This commands the road to the Dolomite Alps, giving: us entiro possession of the wholo Austrian occupying force. Tho summit is buried in wreckage. Last night tho enemy made an attempt to regain the lost position, which meantimo wo had strongly fortified. The attempt completely broko down, the enemy losing heavily. STRONG POSITIONS CARRIED. There has been intense artillery exchanges in tho Adige Valley. We carried n strong position at the hoad of the Posina Valley, south of Cornin del Coston, and east of Porcolias. We drove out the enemy near Casteleko and tho entrance to the valley of Traveuanzes. . ■ . In the Tofana region our batteries wrecked tho Toblach station. AUSTRIAN OFFICIAL. ITALIAN ATTACKS REPULSED. (Rec. July IG, 5.5 p.m.) Vienna, July 15. ■ Official.—There is intense activity between Brenta and tho Adige. Ten Italian attacks between Cimadicci imil Monterasta wore repulsed with loss. Tho positions were maintained.

SLIGHT DAMAGE DONE. i London, July li. An Italian communique slates: Enemy aircraft bombed tho City of Padua (2.1 miles by rail from Vcnicc). Tho damage dono was slight. Two people wero killed.
