Forces,' unless ordered for him by u registered mcdical practitioner un a written prescription, dated and signed by the practitioner with his full liamc and qualifications, and marked with the words 'Not to "Ik repeated,' and unless tho per*sou so'selling or' supplying shall y.ar'c the pi'Ssc!'i]ition v.'itii. his name and address and the date oil which it is dispensed. "Br.; bitone, bezaininc, lactate, benzamino hydrochloride, . chloral hydrate, cock, cocam, codeine,. diamorphiiio, Indian hemp, opium, morphine, sulphonal* and its homologues, and all other salt, preparations, derivations, or admixtures prepared therefrom or therewith."
