Reed, to ba lieutenant.. South Canterbury Mounted Rides.—Tho following.captains to be majors: B. H. Orr, H. 11. Hammond. The following lieutenants to be captains.—l], N. Marchant, C.- Blakeney. Second Lieut. C. G. Haytec, to be lieutenant. ■ ■ Wellington East Coast Mounted Rifles —Capt. C. R. Spragg, to be major; 2nd Lieut. W. L. Coleman, to bo lieutenant New Zealand Engineers.—W.- F. Bridgman, to .be lieutenant (temporary), vice Lieut. -Fisher, on active service, Lieut. E. J. Barnes resigns his commission, Sergt. E. G. Hudson, to be lind lieutenant.
