Sir,—.lust at this time when we jnust C'lpcd to receive largo lists of wounded men, I should like to comfort somt mother's heart by writing a word in praise of tho*o men who comprise the Aledical Corps, sent away by Ibis l)o----miuion. Much has been written about the doctors and nurses. All that has been said has been deserved. The really wonderful fact is tho splendid won; done by tho men of the Field Ambulance and the Stationary Hospital Stall'. Up to a few months before arriving in Egypt tho hospital stall' men had 110 idea of hospital work, and yet they did their duty as if they had years of training. i was in hospital, and 110 woman could have treated me better than did the meu of the Jfedical Corp,-:. Mothers, fathers, and all relatives, can rest assured that those who are .dear to them will receive every attention from doctors, nurses, and tho Medical Corps. 1 cannot say too much in their favour. Tho doctors are good, the nurses are angels, the iledical Corps men are superb—l am, etc., A. J. COTHBEETSON. Welliiigtou, July 13.
